I met Chris McDaniel when I began my home search January 2013. We talked about things I liked/ wanted in a home and what areas to focus on. Chris gave me options for financing contacts. Once I made my selection and began the pre-qualification process, Chris worked closely with the representative and me, making that process flow flawlessly. When showing me properties he focused on homes that met or exceeded my preferences and fell well within my financial resources. He was readily available to answer questions and kept me updated on new listings as they came up. His assistance in the purchase process was invaluable. Overall I found him to be conscientious, reliable, thorough, knowledgeable, professional and personable. I referred a friend to him who had about given up on trying to sell her commercial property. After talking with Chris about her situation and getting his feedback, she listed her property with him.
